To use United Promoters:

- You must not have been previously suspended or removed for misconduct.
3. Independent Contractor Status
All promoters, regional promoters, venues, hosts, and service providers using United Promoters are classified as independent contractors.

UP does not control promoter work schedules, decisions, or business models.
4. Account Registration
When creating a United Promoters account:
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to notify UP immediately of any unauthorized use.
UP reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke any account at its sole discretion.
5. No Refund Policy
All promoter account purchases, membership fees, and platform access fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Promoter accounts
- Regional promoter enrollments
- Ticketing packages
- Subscription or annual access fees
By purchasing, you agree and understand that fees are final.
6. Misconduct & Termination
United Promoters reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at any time, without refund, for:
- Misconduct
- Fraud
- Abuse of the platform
- Chargebacks or payment disputes
- Misleading marketing
- Non-compliance with UP brand guidelines
- Violation of any policies outlined herein
Termination decisions are final.
7. Use of Digital Debit Cards
UP may issue digital debit cards for payouts.You agree that:
- Cards are issued by third-party licensed financial partners.
- UP may share necessary information for identity verification.
- Payout timelines may vary due to banking partners or compliance checks.
- Fraudulent payout activity may result in account closure.
UP is not responsible for third-party fees or processing delays.
8. Ticketing System
Promoters and venues using our ticketing system agree to:
- Provide accurate event information
- Comply with all laws and venue rules
- Avoid misleading ticket pricing
- Not engage in fraudulent sales or artificial inflation
UP may withhold payouts for suspected fraud or chargeback risks.
9. No Income Guarantee
United Promoters does not guarantee:
- Sales
- Profits
- Attendance
- Business growth
- Return on investment
All earnings depend on the promoter’s own performance and market conditions.
10. Intellectual Property
All platform content—including logos, software, dashboards, graphics, and proprietary systems—is owned by United Promoters.Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
United Promoters is not liable for:
- Event cancellations
- Promoter errors
- Loss of revenue
- Damages caused by third-party tools or integrations
- Losses stemming from user misconduct
Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
12. Modifications
UP may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Promoter results vary based on individual effort, strategy, marketing, and local market conditions.Promoters are responsible for their own financial planning and business decisions.

Promoters must:
- Provide accurate event information

- Follow venue, state, and federal regulations
UP may remove any event that violates these rules.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)
You may not use UP to:
- Commit fraud
- Mislead customers
- Promote illegal events
- Sell unauthorized or dangerous items
- Abuse the payout system
- Use hate speech or harassment
- Upload harmful files or malware
Violations result in account termination.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE
All United Promoters assets are protected, including:
- Logos and branding
- Website designs
- Ticketing tools
- Dashboards
- Templates and marketing materials
- Software and back-end technology
You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or recreate any part of the platform.
8. COMMUNITY & CONDUCT GUIDELINES
Promoters must conduct themselves professionally and ethically.Prohibited conduct includes:
- Harassment
- Misrepresentation
- Brand misuse
- Offensive or discriminatory behavior
- Abuse of customers or staff
UP may remove promoters at its discretion.
9. DATA & COOKIES POLICY (SUMMARY)
UP collects:
- Account data
- Usage statistics
- Device and browser information
- Cookies for performance, analytics, and security
Users may disable cookies, but some features may not function.
10. PROMOTER AGREEMENT (SIGNED DURING ACCOUNT CREATION)
By creating an account, promoters legally agree to:

- Compliance with all UP rules
- Accurate representation of events
- Non-refundable account purchases
- Payout rules and risk reviews
- Immediate termination for misconduct
This agreement forms a binding contract between UP and the account holder.
11. LEGAL DISCLAIMER

- Promoter actions
- Financial losses
- Miscommunication between promoters and customers
- Third-party banking issues
- Event outcomes
Using the platform indicates acceptance of all risk.
