TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to United Promoters (“UP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, purchasing a promoter account, using our ticket-sale system, participating in programs, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any United Promoters service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
 

2. Promoter Accounts & Memberships

  • Purchasing a United Promoters Account grants you access to our promoter tools, dashboards, ticketing features, marketing materials, and internal programs.
  • All memberships are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Accounts may include promotional opportunities, marketing support, and access to digital debit card payouts, depending on the package purchased.

3. Digital Debit Card (Payout Card)

  • When you purchase a United Promoters Account, you will receive a United Promoters Digital Debit Card used for receiving payouts from ticket sales, commissions, or program earnings.
  • Cards may be used anywhere debit cards are accepted.
  • United Promoters is not responsible for fees charged by third-party banking partners, processors, or merchants.
  • Fraudulent use of the digital debit card will result in account suspension.

4. Ticketing & Event Sales

  • Promoters and venues using United Promoters’ ticket system agree to comply with all event, state, and venue regulations.
  • Payouts for ticket sales are processed based on our internal payout schedule.
  • UP reserves the right to freeze or delay payouts for suspected fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.
  • Ticket revenue must be used ethically and legally. Misuse may lead to account termination.

5. 12-Month Unlimited Ticket Package

  • The Unlimited Ticket Sales Package provides access to UP’s ticket system for 12 months for a one-time fee.
  • “Unlimited tickets” refers to unlimited ticket availability through our platform — not guaranteed sales.
  • Renewal is not automatic; users must manually renew.
  • Package fees are non-refundable.

6. Event Hosting & Regional Promoter Responsibilities

Promoters hosting official United Promoters events agree to:
  • Follow brand guidelines
  • Accurately represent UP
  • Provide honest event information
  • Comply with venue safety and legal requirements
Failure to meet guidelines may result in removal from the program.
 

7. Marketing Materials & Flyers

  • Any flyer, graphic, or promotional material provided by United Promoters is for promotional use only.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or misuse is prohibited.
  • Promotions including giveaways (e.g., ticket giveaways, celebrity events) must follow UP-approved rules.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:
  • Engage in fraud
  • Misrepresent events or ticket prices
  • Abuse the payout system
  • Use UP services for illegal activities
  • Copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our systems
Any violation may result in immediate account termination.
 

9. Payment Terms

  • All fees (account fees, ticketing fees, promotional fees) must be paid in full.
  • UP may modify pricing at any time, but changes will not affect already-paid members until renewal.

10. No Guaranteed Income

United Promoters does not guarantee income, ticket sales, event attendance, or return on investment.All earnings depend on individual promoter performance, marketing effort, event demand, and market conditions.
 

11. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, images, systems, designs, and materials provided by United Promoters remain our intellectual property.Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
 

12. Limitation of Liability

United Promoters is not liable for:
  • Event cancellations
  • Promoter mismanagement
  • Lost profits
  • Third-party payment delays
  • Technical issues caused by outside vendors
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
 

13. Termination

UP may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for:
  • Fraud
  • Chargebacks
  • Misrepresentation
  • Abuse of services
  • Violation of these Terms
No refunds will be provided after termination for violation.
 

14. Changes to Terms

United Promoters may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
